Collection and Sorting

Apart from our local suppliers we auction indian human hair regularly from different temples around southern part of india.Actually there is ritual in south india, when someone wishes somthing to hindu god and when it comes true he/she donates hair.These hair is directly shaved from his or her scalp.While saving extreme care is taken wheather the root and tail doesn't mix together, these are known as remy hair and its unique character makes them tangle free.When same process is not followed while shaving the hair ie root and tail mix together, it gets tangled known as non remy hair also known as cheap hair.Please read as below process:

1.The human hair is collected from doner and brought to the factory which is known as raw hair or unprocessed hair with lot of dirts , oil and Head lice.
2.The unprocessed hair then kept overnight in large containers dipped in sampoo mixed water.
3.The next morning the hair goes to another cleaning process untill all dirts and oil is completely removed, but head lice doesnt come out complelely till now.
4.The washed hair is then mixed with conditioner and kept for 1 hour and rewashed , then sent for sun drying.In case of rainy season we use hair dryer.
5.The dry hair then sent for hackling process where big iron nailed comb is used to sort the hair according to sizes i.e. form 6 inch to 50 inch.
6.The sorted hair then sent for removing head lice with the help of wooden comb and basil leaves.
7.Once hair is free from lice ,hair is now ready for wefting, lace wigs, pony tail extensions, tipped hair, feather in extensions etc.
Note : We don't use any chemicals while washing hair and keep it 100 % natural.
